Coach

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Kickboxing and Martial Arts Coach to join our team in providing high-quality martial arts training to students of all ages. The successful candidate will have a martial arts background and a desire to coach and educate individuals on martial arts techniques and principles. Although experience in coaching is desired, it is not essential as training will be provided.

Tek Kickboxing is the most prestigious academy within the sport, and proud to help develop martial artists of the highest calibre.

We are now recruiting for the position of Tek Coach, to run their own Tek school.

Responsibilities of the Role:

• Be organised, hard-working and reliable.
• Be willing to learn, spend time to consolidate knowledge and continue further development.
• Be passionate about delivering Tek standards in both technical excellence and student experience and service.
• Plan and deliver engaging martial arts classes tailored to different skill levels and age groups
• Instruct students on proper techniques, forms, and disciplines of martial arts
• Demonstrate exercises and routines to enhance students’ learning and physical abilities
• Provide individual feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their skills
• Ensure a safe training environment by enforcing rules and safety guidelines
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential in martial arts

Requirements:

• A background in martial arts.
• Have at least 1 years’ experience within coaching or assisting martial arts training sessions. is desired but not essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively teach and interact with students
• Ability to educate and inspire individuals of varying skill levels
• We require motivated coaches with infectious enthusiasm and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and create a positive learning atmosphere
• Be highly motivated to work within a small but dedicated team.
• Have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to meet students’ needs and support them in the learning of martial arts.
• Exceptional customer service at all times.
• To adhere to all company policies and procedures.
