Tek Leader
Application process
Speak to a Tek Coach to express your interest in the coaching pathway.
Interview & Trial
Complete an interview and a 3-month trial.
Begin Leadership Role
Following a successful trial, begin training on the Tek Leadership Role Programme.
Qualify as a Leader
Successfully become qualified to help and assist within Tek Classes.
Tek Coach
Application process
Speak to a Tek Coach and complete an application form.

Complete an interview and a 3-month trial.
Begin Elite Coaching Programme
Following a successful trial, begin training on the Tek Elite Coaching Programme.
Qualify as an Assistant Coach (Level 1-3)
Successfully become qualified to coach under supervision within Tek classes.
Qualify as a Coach (Level 1-3)
Successfully become qualified to coach, lead Tek Classes and run your own Tek School.
Tek Specialist Coach
Application process

Begin Specialist Coaching Programme
Following a successful trial, begin training on the Tek Specialist Coaching Programme.
Qualify as a Specialist Coach
Successfully become qualified as a Tek Elite Coach, Athlete Coach or Personal Training Coach.
Qualify as a Coach (Level 1-3)
Successfully become qualified to coach, lead Tek Classes and run your own Tek School.
