The 1st ever Nottingham Open was held on
Sunday 30th August 2009. This is a tournament with
a unique twist as all competitors have the chance
to compete inside a matted ring or deluxe cage.

the fighter and spectators constant non stop
action.

2 x 2 minute rounds for all advanced divisions.
All novice and intermediate divisions will compete inside a
matted ring.
All advanced divisions will compete inside a deluxe cage.
Coaches Fight For FREE! (One Coach per Club)
If entering the Team division your team must consist of
4 competitors (min of 1 female)
The price for entering into the Team division is charged
- PER TEAM.
Must be a minimum of 4 competitors per division for that
division to proceed.
Novice = Under 1 year of competing & 1st - 3rd Belt
Intermediate = Over 1 year of competing & 3rd - Brown
Advanced = Over 1 year of competing Brown & Black
2 x 2 minute rounds for all advanced divisions.
All novice and intermediate divisions will compete inside a
